Dirt Bike Promotions (DBP) announces its dates and venues for the 2010 Stadium Motocross Series and promoters promise a new revamped series.

DBP who have had a heavy promoting schedule for the past few years will be concentrating solely on the Stadium Motocross Series for 2010, which will enable them to put 100% of their effort into the series.

Rounds and venues are as follows:

Round 1 - Queanbeyan (NSW) - 9th January 2010
Round 2 - Bathurst (NSW) - 30th January 2010
Round 3 - Maitland (NSW) - 13th March 2010

Organiser Phil Sargent of Kurri Kurri says, “We have taken on board alot of feedback from riders and parents, and we know that riders want Supercross style jumps, fast and flowing tracks along with a series that is run through the early months of summer.

Media coverage and webpage updates will remain a focus and we look forward to uploading results, video interviews and photos at each event plus lots more.

We anticipate 2010 will be our biggest and best year and hope to get the support of all our loyal riders along with many new ones,” Sargent said.

Classes will be capped this year with a maximum of 25 riders per class and will be as follows:

Seniors Classes: Pro Lites, Pro All Powers, Clubman 16 – U19yrs, Clubman Lites, Clubman All Powers and Senior Women.

Junior Classes: Non- Competition 50cc 4 – U9yrs Division 1, Junior 50cc 7 – U9yrs Division 2, Junior 65cc 7 – 9yrs, Junior 65cc 10-13yrs, Junior 85cc 2st / 150cc 4-st (STD) 9 - U12yrs, Junior 85cc 2st / 150cc 4-st (STD & BW) 12- 13yrs, Junior 85cc 2st / 150cc 4-st (STD & BW) 14-15yrs, Junior 125cc 13-15yrs, Junior 250cc 4st 13-14yrs and Junior 250cc 4st 15yrs.

The Format: Support Classes – 3 Finals x 8 Laps, Pro Classes – 3 Finals x 10 Laps and Non- Competition Class 3 Round x 5 Laps.
